Pixel DNA provides digital services including websites, online shops, app development on request, social media setup, media design, branding, and visual content. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed separately for each project.

Submitting the contact form does not create a contract or guarantee availability. A project begins only after scope, pricing, timelines, and payment terms are agreed in writing.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, required content, brand assets, access details, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in client feedback or materials may affect delivery timelines.

Payment schedules, deposits, revision limits, and additional work fees are defined in the project agreement or proposal. Work outside the approved scope may require a separate quote.

Unless agreed otherwise, final approved project deliverables are transferred to the client after full payment. Pixel DNA may retain rights to reusable tools, frameworks, templates, concepts, and internal processes used to create the work.
